The student competition "Nearly Zero" is organized by the Institute of Buildings and Energy in cooperation with the financial support of ARE Austria Real Estate, with total prize money of 10,000 EUR. The goal is a cross-fertilization between teaching, research and practice.On July 1st, jurors Wolfgang Köck (PENTAPLAN, Graz), Martin Lesjak (INNOCAD, Graz) and Erich Ranegger (Office Pucher, Graz) were present along with representatives of the ARE: Austrian Real Estate Gerd Pichler (ARE DEVELOPMENT Management), Dirk Jäger (Sustainability Management), Florian Stadtschreiber (ARE URBAN DEVELOPMENT) and Stefanie Trauner (Corporate Communications).
The prizes were presented to the winners by Gerd Pichler.
