The seminar is offered as an annual course and is held in the form of a symposium. All doctoral candidates must attend at least twice during their doctoral studies. All members of the Doctoral School are invited to attend as audience members. Each doctoral candidate presents his/her research project within the first year as well as his/her research achievements towards the end of his/her doctoral studies. The seminar will be chaired by a professor of the Doctoral School on a rotational basis. In this academic year, the seminar will be merged with the full-day event "Young Architectural Research in Graz" and will be held in both the winter and summer semesters at the Haus der Architektur Graz (HDA). In a workshop atmosphere, the current PhD work at the faculty is to be discussed in a seminar-like setting in an event open to the public.
